Chef de Partie
To manage the section allocated in an orderly and efficient manner to the agreed standards of the Head Chef, to ensure the guests satisfaction and comfort. To ensure maximum profitability at all times.
- To maintain high standards of fire, hygiene and safety as set down by Head Chef and the company, local and legal requirements.
- To maintain all training standards and development of sectional Commis Chefs in conjunction with the Head Chef.
- Ensure all equipment failure and hazards on allocated sections are reported immediately to the Senior chef in charge.
- Ensure a strict control of all food wastage at all times.
- Ensure a good stock rotation of all food.
- To ensure a high standard of food production and presentation at all times as per standards of performance manual and recipes.
- To ensure all section and each member of staff supervised by yourself is of maximum cleanliness in all working methods and personal appearance.
- To help ensure a low level of wastage and correct stock rotation.
- To help compile staff rotas according to business levels in according with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef.
- To cook on all sections as per work rota and also help in other kitchen areas on site when necessary.
- To help compile menus when necessary making sure that correct cost factors are considered and standards reached.
- To attend training courses as required and train personnel as needed.
- To make suggestions towards increasing standings of service, profitability, customer and staff satisfaction or anything that might be relevant.
- To help the checking of cleaning schedules in liaison with the Head Porter.
Salary: £14,000-16,000

Breakfast Waiter / Waitress
To assist the Breakfast Supervisors in the smooth running of the restaurant. To provide an outstanding service to the guests, conveying a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere coupled with professional and efficient service.
Salary: £6 per hour
Working hours : 0 hrs Casual Contracts, min 8 to max 40 hours. Approx start time 6 am to 2 pm.
Must have previous customer service experience plus transport.
Uniform provided, meals on site when on shift, staff discounts, free car parking.

Assistant Breakfast Supervisor
To assist in the smooth running of the breakfast service, in the hotel restaurant. To provide an excellent service to the guests, conveying a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere.
Salary: £7 per hour
Working hours : 0 hrs Casual Contracts, min 20 to max 40 hours. 5 days over 7 to business requirements, hours 6 am to 2 pm
Fully experienced member of staff required.

Restaurant Waiter/ess
To assist the restaurant supervisors in the smooth running of the restaurant by serving station of tables with food and wine as required. To provide an outstanding service to the guests, conveying a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere coupled with professional and efficient service.
Salary: meets minimum rate
Working hours : 8 to 32 hrs.
