You will be responsible for maintaining the highest possible standard of cleanliness and good order in all public areas of the hotel. You will report any defects to the Housekeeper. We are looking for a Banqueting Manager to join our team to organise and monitor the quality of customer events whilst overseeing the whole department. They will be responsible for supervising the quality of services offered to customers, in terms of both production and delivery. It is essential that candidates demonstrate leadership skills, with strong emphasis on reactivity to ensure the team evolves continually providing excellent service at all times. Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and thoroughness are all required.

Key duties in this role will include:
- Processing guest arrivals and departures efficiently and professionally
- Advising and up selling of our hotel products and services
- Processing payments accurately and to hotel standards

This is full time, permanent position and candidates will need to have a flexible approach and be able to work evenings and weekends to cover the reception shifts

We have a vacancy for a well presented porter to provide an efficient and courteous service to our guests. This role entails meeting and greeting hotel guests, answering any queries they may have, helping them with check in and escorting them to rooms with luggage. In addition you will have responsibility for assisting in the setting up of conference and events rooms to an exceptionally high standard and to the guests’ specific requirements.
Manual lifting and handling is a key requirement of the role as well as strong attention to detail and exemplary communication skills.
