Family Christmas Campfire and Bush Craft at Ryton Pools Country Park
For a festive family day experience with a difference, how about some bush craft? This outdoor Christmas adventure on December 1st is the perfect way to start the festive month and includes shelter building, fire lighting and eating a fire baked jacket potato (just bring your ideal filling), mulled juice and fire toasted marshmallows around a camp fire. You’ll also get the chance to make some Christmas tree decorations from natural materials.

Christmas Bauble Workshop

Festive Party Nights
If you’re looking for a festive evening out, find your ideal party night at Coombe Abbey. We have a fantastic range of fun nights out such as our Christmas Medieval Banquet where you’re invited to experience the splendour of time gone by in the historic Abbeygate.
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a glass of mead before enjoying a four-course feast with beakers of wine and ale. Festive Lunch with Santa
Enjoy a festive lunch with a very special VIP… Santa. Now that’s a day experience to remember! Available at Coombe Abbey on the 8th, 15th and 22nd December, our traditional festive Sunday lunch is set in the splendour of the Garden Room Restaurant (15th and 22nd December) and Cloister’s (8th December) and includes a three course meal, coffee, warm mince pies, party hats and crackers. This festive lunch experience costs £39.50 per person and £19.75 per child.

Christmas Carols at Coventry Cathedral
Christmas isn’t Christmas without an evening of carols, and where better to enjoy a wonderfully traditional and atmospheric evening of carols than Coventry Cathedral? In association with the NSPCC Coventry and Warwickshire Business Board, this special evening on December 14th brings together music from choirs and the Coventry and Warwickshire Youth Orchestra as well as the chance for audience participation.
