Keep it original
Nothing says summer like a glass of chilled Pimm’s, with lemonade, mint, cucumber, strawberries and orange. This classic combination is a real crowd pleaser, and it’s the perfect accompaniment to a summer afternoon tea.
Something fizzy
Fruity, fizzy and full of gin, our Strawberry & Mint Pimm’s Gin Fizz is a firm favourite here at Coombe Abbey. Blending Strawberry & Mint flavoured Pimm’s with gin, soda and lime juice, this drink is then garnished with fresh strawberries and a slice of lime. Perfect!
Giodino, please
For something a little darker and dreamier, try our Giodino. Blackbery & Elderflower Pimm’s is paired with peach liqueur, grenadine, pineapple and orange juice, and finished with freshly slice orange. This drink perfectly compliments the forest that surrounds the hotel, and is definitely one to enjoy in our gardens.
Bar time?
Once the afternoon tea is over, you can make the short journey to our Garden Bar, where you can sip on an array of fine wines and spirits. Plus, if you’re still feeling peckish we also provide a delectable bar snacks menu. From our delicious antipasti board with cheeses, olives, ciabatta and hummus, to our mouthwatering Severn & Wye kiln smoked salmon and haddock mini fishcake bites with Sriracha mayo – you’ll be spoilt for choice.
