- Marinated rib of swine cooked with sage, cider and honey
- Quarter roasted fowl rolled in mace, tarragon and black pepper, in a sharp lemon and mead sauce. Served with buttered corn on the cob, herby diced potato and rustic salad
- Apple and apricot crumble topped with elderflower cream
Drinks flow freely throughout the evening, starting with a welcome mead cocktail and followed by wine and lager with your meal.
