We are looking to recruit staff to work in our Cafe in the Park and new kiosk that will be opening at the beginning of April 2019. We are looking for an experience F&B Controller to join our team. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in food and beverage stock control within a similar hotel environment. We are currently looking at recruiting bubbly, ambitious people to add a smile to our bars. Previous bar and customer service experience would be an advantage but personality and motivation are the key ingredients to this role where you will be the face and personality of the bar. Not only will you be able to pour and serve drinks but you will be able to maintain appropriate stock levels, keep equipment in excellent condition whilst displaying a calm presence to enlighten the guests.
