Our internal procedures cover the storage, access and disclosure of your information. When you agree to sign up to our email newsletter we need to know your name and email address. We gather this information to allow us to provide you with an email every few weeks which contains information about promotional offers or hotel news we think may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe from our contact list at any time by replying to a marketing email with the word “unsubscribe” in the subject line or by emailing us at [email protected].
We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. When a cart belonging to a registered customer or a guest customer is abandoned or inactive for 15 minutes, an automatic email will be sent after 4 hours regarding items left in the shopping cart.
