Our Sales Office is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Please feel free to contact us during these hours by phone, or alternatively, you may email us at any time and a member of our team will respond as soon as possible. Kindly note that on Saturdays and Sundays, only our Bedroom and Restaurant Sales teams are available.

Please be advised all guests checking in at our hotel will be required to present a valid payment card upon arrival, regardless of whether it is intended to charge expenses to the bedchamber

As an environmentally friendly hotel, Coombe Abbey is committed to its social responsibility in the hotel industry and is working to reduce the hotel’s environmental impact. We take our responsibilities seriously and actively evaluate and implement practices where possible to reduce our impact.

Committed to fairness

We are an employer required by law to carry out Gender Pay Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. This involves carrying out six calculations that show the difference between the average earnings of men and women in our organisation, it does not involve publishing individual employee’s data.

CSR Statement

No Ordinary Hospitality Management, operators of Coombe Abbey Hotel, is a company which works across the region but has its roots very much in Coventry and Warwickshire.

We are a business that aims to benefit local people by generating profits which directly boost local services and thereby improve our communities and the lives of residents.
