2. Axe throwing
Rather get some energy out? Axe throwing could be your team’s new talent.
This hour-long session at our on-site Go Ape mixes fun and games with more than a little competition. Our qualified instructors will show you the ropes, then it’s down to you. Who’ll hit the bullseye?
3. Treetop adventures
Speaking of Go Ape, why not take your team high in the treetops? With a choice of courses featuring high ropes, swings, and zip lines, it’s ideal for the thrill seekers among you.
Personalise your Go Ape day with treetop experiences or team-building activities on the ground. You’ll receive a dedicated event coordinator who’ll help you put your brains, bravery, and communication skills to the test.
Once you’ve built your appetite, get together for a Forest BBQ or a picnic in our Woodland Shelter.
4. Mediaeval Banquet
We’re known for our goblet-toasting Mediaeval Banquet nights, but did you know they’re available for private and corporate events, too?
Arrive in Tudor finery: it is 1539, after all. Then, you’ll spend the evening in our candlelit Abbeygate, where a four-course meal awaits you. But so does a crucial part of Coombe Abbey’s history…
5. Zip lines and The Plummet
Feel the wind in your hair as you finish your Go Ape treetop course with an exhilarating zip line. Race your teammates, all with a beautiful view of the Coombe Abbey woodland.
Or take your adventure to another level when you add The Plummet – it’s as stomach-dropping as it sounds! 12m above the trees, you’ll leap down and speed towards the ground before a slack line catches you.
