Once a regal tennis clubhouse, the Centre Court is a well-equipped space for up to 120 people. The ground-floor meeting and party room sits below the High Court – which can be hired out together to provide exclusive access to the Court building and its bar facilities.
This former tennis club house is situated on the upper floor of the Courthouse and dates back to the 1700s. A shared bar area (exclusive when also booking the Centre Court) makes the High Court a suitable private room hire setting for up to 140 people.

It’s named after the founder of Coombe Abbey, and proudly displays its history with knight’s armour on the walls. Seating up to 8 people, the warm and wood-panelled Griffin makes a great space for more intimate meetings or work dinners. It features a fireplace and an adjacent reception room, and overlooks the West Terrace and formal gardens.
