  • Is Coombe Abbey Park open?

    Coombe Abbey Park remains open for locals to exercise, we respectfully ask for visitors to comply with safety measures.

    The Café In The Park & Kiosk In The Park will be operating a takeaway service only with a limited menu and contactless payment. Please ensure you maintain social distancing and follow safety procedures.

  • Can I order afternoon tea to takeaway?

    If you need your fix of Coombe, our takeaway afternoon tea’s are back and available to book for collection on weekends on specific dates and time-slots, click here to find out more.
  • When will you re-open?

    We are currently closed and we will look to re-open 17th May 2021, subject to Government guidance. We will open our outdoor bar area and West Terrace for outdoor afternoon tea bookings from 14th April 2021 on selected dates, you can reserve your table by clicking here.

  • What happens if I have a reservation between now and 17th May?

    You do not need to contact us as a member of staff will be in contact if you have a booking with us up until 17th May. Please note we’re unable to advise on bookings for after this date.

  • Can I make a booking now for after 17th May?

    Yes you can still make a booking with us for post 17th May on our website. If we are unable to re-open following Government advice, we will be in touch regarding your booking.

  • Can I purchase food & beverages after 11:00pm?

    We are currently closed. Our bar and restaurant will close before 11:00pm to ensure guests are vacated once we re-open in order to follow Government Guidelines.

  • Is room service available after 11:00pm?

    We are currently closed. Our room service menu will be available to order after 11:00pm once we re-open in order to follow Government Guidelines.

  • Do I need to wear a face mask?

    All guests will need to wear a face mask in all public areas of the hotel until further notice unless you are exempt or you are sat at your table when dining.

     

  • Do I need to maintain social distancing?

    Yes, we require all guests to maintain a 2m social distance between other guests. There are floor markers around the hotel to help guide you.

  • Do I need to give my details for track & trace?

    If you have pre-booked your visit, we will have your details on file. We also have QR codes displayed in public areas around the hotel so you can fill out your details via the NHS contact tracing app.

  • Can I have a contact-free experience?

    We have implemented a number of changes at the hotel to help make guests feel safe. You can use our self check-in kiosks to minimise contact with staff or you can download our app where you will be able to check-in and use your smartphone as a keycard to your room.

  • Will you be extending vouchers due to COVID?

    Yes, if your voucher has been purchased directly through us and is due to expire up until May 2021, we will be able to extend it for an additional 6 months until end of November 2021.

    If you have purchased a special offer voucher that can only be used between January – March 2021 or March – May 2021, we can extend the special offer voucher for the same corresponding period until the end of August 2021, subject to us re-opening in May.

    If you have a voucher from a third party website such as Buy-A-Gift, Red Letter Days or Virgin Experiences then you will need to contact them directly.
