Taking place over Mother’s Day weekend, the Mother’s Day Market at the trendy Fargo Village is a great place to take your mum for a shopping trip with a difference. Situated in a grand market hall, you and your leading lady will be able to peruse the various independent stalls and shops, which offer up a variety of food, crafts and art.

A family walk

If your mum enjoys the great outdoors, then a walk around the Coombe Abbey park will be a real treat. Wander through the forest, between the towering trees, or stop by the large field where you can take in the beautiful spring flowers whilst enjoying a family picnic.

Enjoy a show

Does your mum love a trip to the theatre? Why not book a room with us, and take her to the nearby town of Stratford-Upon-Avon, where you can witness the breathtaking tragedy, comedy and drama of Shakespeare. From joining in with the contagious laughter of Twelfth Night, to being gripped by the awe-inspiring drama of Antony and Cleopatra, this is one experience your mum will love.
